Annual Notification of Parents Rights

The Annual Notification of Parent(s)/Guardian(s) Rights and Responsibilities

School districts are required to annually notify pupils, parents, and guardians of their rights and responsibilities, as well as about state and district policies. The Annual Notification contains important information that can be referenced throughout the year.

We strive to ensure that each and every student is educated and prepared to succeed in life. We are dedicated to maximizing individual potential and developing lifelong learners who will be contributing members in a global society. On June 27, 2025, the U.S. Supreme Court issued a decision in Mahmoud v. Taylor, which gives parents/guardians the ability to opt their children out of specific instructional materials or lessons that conflict with their sincerely held religious beliefs. If your family has questions about instructional materials or lessons used in your child’s classroom, we encourage you to communicate directly with your child’s teacher(s) or school principal. Then, if you would like to opt out of specific instructional materials or lessons, you may fill out the form below.
