Hello, I’m Mrs. Hegge.  I am a Fourth and Fifth Grade Combo teacher this year.  This year begins my twenty-fourth year teaching at Fern but my fortieth year teaching.  I taught sixteen years in the parochial schools before coming to TUSD.  I have taught grades  three, four and five. I  received my Bachelor's Degree from California State University, Northridge and completed my teaching credential and Master’s Degree from Loyola Marymount University.  

I have been happily married for thirty-seven years,  and a very  proud mom of my two grown boys.  My eldest is married and has two beautiful children.  They live close by so I get to see them often.  My youngest son is in the United States Air Force stationed in Abilene, Texas. In my free time,  you can catch me playing games, reading, singing, dancing, watching soccer games, and swimming with my grandchildren.
